Watch the Key Note presentation by Ashton Applewhite, Author of 'This Chair Rocks: A Manifesto Against Ageism', at the International Day of Older Persons 2016

The wonderful Ashton Applewhite's super interesting talk about how confronting ageism is as an important fight as sexism, human rights and other discriminations in society. Human rights do not become irrelevant as we age. Ashton talks about the importance of changing the narrative and attitudes on ageing from negative to a more positive one. And when we do we will live longer, our minds will be stronger, we will be happier and much more. This effects all of us. Time to stop ageism.
