Ben Towers from London started a company as an 11 year old. By the age of 13 he had a full time, grown up employee who was happy to work for him until they found out how old Ben really was. Listen to him share his journey, challenges and adversities being a young entrepreneur where he has had to fight against ageism. Ageism is a full life problem and we all need to do our bit to beat it.

Really inspiring talk. Our age does not and define us — but ageist stereotypes still do and potentially at any point in our lives. Imagine if we could all work together across ages, without people like Ben having to hide his age? Enjoy his talk.
