The Age of No Retirement is an organisation with a mission to create age-positive social change. Our mission is to create a world where our age no longer defines us, or the opportunities open to us. And that this should be true whether we are 20 or 80.

We are living an Xtra10 years of healthy living, more than our parents or our grandparents. These extra years are not at the end of our lives but right in the middle. And this is a good thing.  And that is why we are shifting the conversation away from the 'burden of so many more old people', to the fact that everyone, younger and older, will live longer, healthier lives. And this is where the opportunities lie. And the opportunities are limitless.

We work with business, government the third sector, designers, innovators, technologists, the media and all of us, younger and older to change the narrative of ageing from decline to opportunity. This is about all of us. This is about you.

There are so many ways to get involved. Some require a little time and energy such as leading a prototype but others are as easy as signing up to our newsletter or voting on your favourite idea, in our crowdsourcing platform, The Age of Action. Age isn't something that just happens to other people, so it's in all of our interests to get involved and create a long and fulfilling life.

By getting involved, sharing your skills or time and aligning your organisation or business to The Age of No Retirement we can collectively challenge ageist thinking and revolutionise how we view age across sectors.
